Superb restaurant, top-notch welcome, a varied menu and always of the same high quality. The different Mezze offered are truly excellent and perfectly complement the main course. As a customer of the first restaurant which was already top-notch (Atelier Lahmacun), I plan to come back and try the grilled dishes soon. I can only recommend this restaurant.

A very pleasant discovery made during our visit to Troyes. The owner is truly committed to introducing us to Turkish specialties and took special care to advise us even though we were completely unfamiliar with them. The various dishes offered allow both young and old to eat dishes that they enjoy. The quality/price ratio is also excellent.

Yesterday, September 5th, we had a wonderful meal at Anatolia. It's a small restaurant with friendly service. I had the Köfte aux Legumes, a delicious dish beautifully presented with a wafer-thin pastry that you can cut open and roll up to reveal the dish. It also came with a delicious slice of bread with sesame seeds. We'll be back when we're in Troyes. Best of luck with your business, and thanks again for the coffee.

I went to celebrate my birthday with my friends, it was incredible in terms of service, atmosphere, welcome and food, everything is great, I thank the staff who were there very much for their kindness, I will come back!

A wonderful evening in this small Turkish restaurant. We managed to get a table outside and were warmly welcomed by the owner and the young waiter. The welcome was truly impressive and warm. The owner offered us a set menu to discover as many of his mezze-style products as possible. All the dishes were fresh and delicious, generously garnished, and the bread was so good that I gained weight right away! The bar next door stocked us with drinks and wine, and the bar owner was also super nice. A superb experience, made all the more so by the wonderful people.

I usually dine at a lot of restaurants, and I can't add anything else about this one: it's perfect value for money! My husband and our three children and I dined at this restaurant this Tuesday evening. They were a little hesitant at first, as they weren't familiar with Turkish cuisine, but in the end, they all loved it, especially the pidés (a real delight). Thank you for your warm welcome; we won't hesitate to come back when we're in Troyes.

A true gem! This Turkish restaurant is a wonderful discovery. Everything was perfect from start to finish: a warm welcome, attentive and professional service, and above all... absolutely delicious food! The dishes were flavorful, generous, and perfectly prepared—you can tell everything is homemade with fresh ingredients. Special mention goes to the mezze, the pide sucuk, and the kunefe—a real treat. The atmosphere is friendly and authentic; you immediately feel at ease. In short, an exceptional culinary experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

A real favorite! At Anatolia, next door to the famous Lahmacun, we were warmly and generously welcomed by a passionate and attentive restaurateur. We enjoyed three delicious mezzes: creamy hummus, melting eggplant, and excellent cheese cigarettes with their sauce—delicious! For our main course, we had two perfectly cooked pides: one with cheese, the other with eggplant, accompanied by a delicious fresh ayran, all enjoyed on the terrace. And what about the warm, crusty bread, straight from the pizza oven next door, with that unique hint of poppy seeds? It was beautiful, delicious, almost steamy! A truly delightful experience. Great respect for this courageous and hardworking young man, who puts his heart and soul into authentic and generous cuisine. I'm happy to support a quality local artisan. We'll definitely be back!
